Your photos and privacy
Repair Photos serves Helpful Home Buyers, California Short Sale Options and Virginia Short Sale Options and is operated by Anchor Offers LLC.
What you share
Your account name and email, optional phone number, property address, original photos, captions, room information, and session activity help your property team review your submission and prepare an offer.
Your property workspace
Your account and photos are stored on Bluehost. Contact and property information, session updates, and authorized review links are recorded in Foresight CRM. New photo-and-offer submissions use review by your property team. They do not send photos to paid automated analysis services or generate comparable sales.
Your workspace requires login. Team administrators and assigned operators can review your property. A photo invitation is limited to its named email account and property, expires on its stated date, and can be withdrawn. Invited photo contributors cannot see your offer. Your account and saved properties work across these photo portals. You sign in separately on each site.
Existing repair-estimate projects
Previously opened repair-estimate projects retain their existing records and workflow. Photos and relevant notes in those projects may be processed by OpenAI for photo checks and Handoff for estimating, and selected condition evidence may be included in a property valuation package prepared by your team.
Optional website measurement
If you turn on website measurement, we count page views and selected button clicks by date, website and mobile or desktop layout. These aggregate counts contain no account identifier, entered text, passwords, photographs or precise location and are retained for 90 days. Global Privacy Control keeps this optional measurement off. Essential account security and saved property progress continue to work without it.
Saved account and property progress can help your team follow up about your unfinished submission. A website visit alone does not identify you or authorize an AI marketing call. We do not use these interaction counts to identify anonymous visitors.
Your choices
You can stop follow-up emails without logging in. The email address you provide is retained to apply that preference in Foresight CRM.
You can save your progress, add notes, and remove photos from your workspace. Contact info@helpfulhomebuyersusa.com for account help or requests about stored information.
