Your information

Privacy

We use your contact information, property details and submitted photos to review your property, communicate with you and prepare a potential purchase offer.

Your private portal

Property photos and offer details are available to your account and authorized administrators. Submission information is also recorded in our customer relationship system, Foresight, to manage your request.

Information we store

We store account details, password hashes, property information, uploaded photos, offers and activity needed to operate the portal. Original photo files may contain location or other camera metadata. Session cookies keep you signed in; this site does not load advertising trackers.

Your choices

Submitting photos does not obligate you to sell. To request an account correction or deletion, contact info@helpfulhomebuyersusa.com. Records needed for an active transaction or applicable retention requirements may need to be retained.
